For over three decades, the beloved complex flourished from a three-star hotel in 1988 to a favored four-star, all-inclusive resort. Now reimagined and exclusively for adults (13 years old and above), it seamlessly blends playful luxury with sophisticated charm.  Inspired by the local wildflower, Alimnia (Alímia), which thrives on sandy beaches, the resort embodies elegance and serenity. Driven by our passion for authentic Cretan living, we remain deeply committed to our roots and rich heritage.

Over thirty years ago, a local family, inspired to make a lasting impact in tourism, established a hotel where guests could truly feel at home. They were captivated by the natural beauty of Hersonissos Bay, the tranquil seaside village of Analipsi, and the picturesque sandy beaches stretching before the property. Enchanted by the sight of sunsets melting into the Cretan sea and inspired by the sublime simplicity of Crete, the family brought their vision to life by building a hotel.

Fast forward to today, after years of stellar operation and many awards, our pioneering spirit has driven us to reimagine what a five-star beachside resort can be. Occupying a vast expanse of 20,000 sqm, we have articulated a fresh vision for Cretan hospitality.

The once-renowned four-star Kosta Mare Hotel has been transformed into Crete's shining jewel: Paralos Kosta Alímia. This luxury retreat is our statement to the contemporary world of upscale hospitality.
